Text messaging terms

These terms cover the appointment text messages FreshStart Resources Inc sends from our appointment reminder number, (629) 777-5031.

What we send

Appointment reminders, requests to confirm an appointment, schedule changes, and replies to questions you text us. These are messages to people we serve. We do not send advertising.

How you sign up

You give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts when you complete our intake form or when you ask our office to text you. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving any service from the ministry.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most people receive one to three texts for each appointment.

Cost

We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop, and how to get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email freshstartresource@gmail.com.

Other details

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
