FreshStart Resources Inc is a 501(c)(3) ministry in Middle Tennessee that offers Biblical counseling, healing groups and training. This page explains what personal information we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you have.
Information we keep
- Contact details you give us: your name, mailing address, phone numbers and email address.
- Appointment details: the dates and times of your visits and whether you confirmed them.
- Giving records, when you support the ministry, so that we can send you a receipt and a year-end statement.
- Text messages you send to or receive from our office number.
How we use it
- To schedule your appointments and remind you of them.
- To answer your questions and stay in touch about the services you asked for.
- To keep accurate giving records and send the statements the law requires.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send appointment reminders, confirmations and schedule changes. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging consent or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text messaging provider handles your number only to deliver our messages to you. See our text messaging terms for details.
Who can see your information
Only FreshStart staff who need it for their work. Counseling notes are kept private to your counselor. We do not sell personal information to anyone. We share information only when the law requires it or when you ask us to.
How we protect it
Records are kept in a secured database with access limited to approved staff accounts. Every staff sign-in is individual and can be revoked.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Ask us at any time to correct your contact details, or to stop contacting you by phone, text or email.
